These are some of the Character and Environment designs created for my thesis short film, tentatively entitled (working title) "The Bookworm". These were made with the assistance of Juliet H., a freelance designer. Although the script, storyboards and animatic are (almost) completely done, I am keeping the story to myself and a select few others for now. This is being planned out, at the current time, as a stop motion/CG hybrid short film.
The main character, "Bookworm". He is a quiet, studious fellow who keeps to himself.
The Bookworm's neighbor, "Ms. Caterpillar". She is a flamboyant lady who enjoys letting loose and having fun.

"Narwhal Love" 2D Short
This is a short that was hand drawn by me in Flash. It will receive more refinement and eventually color work, but I like the “sketchiness” of it. No audio.
3D Dynamics Experiments
This is a very short, loose collection of things done in Maya 3D Dynamics. The character model and animation in the first clothing shot were provided by The Spine and is courtesy of the NFBC. The basic truck, island and head model in the hair shot were obtained from TurboSquid.
Robot Chicken CG Hallway
This is a quick breakdown of a shot from the Robot Chicken Season 9 finale episode that I worked on. I did all the comp work, created the CG hallway in Blender and the parody 2D drawings in Photoshop (available on my 2D Work page) as well. No audio on this.
Pixilated
A quick experiment in pixilation. Special thanks to my live shoot teammates/actors Joshua Tewell and Robert Greasham!
Stoopid Buddy Stop-motion Production Puppets
These are just some of the puppets that I have created for Stoopid Buddy Stoodios' various properties. In most cases, the costumes (if applicable) were made by the Costume Department and the sculpts were either pre-existing or made by Digital, unless noted otherwise.
Animation Parody Drawings for Robot Chicken CG Hallway
These are some custom animation parody drawings I did for a sketch in the Robot Chicken Season 9 finale. They are meant to be posters on the wall of a CG hallway I also created (viewable in my CG/3D Work portfolio page). Done completely in Photoshop.
Treasure Dogs
Selected and screened at The Roseville Animation Festival (2012) and the Los Angeles International Underground Film Festival (2012)! This is a short animation made by myself and two other students at DePaul University. We were going for a "paper cutout" look for the style, but it was actually made in Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects and edited in Premiere. Our team was so small, we all had a hand in pretty much everything at one point or another, but we gave ourselves a little credit for the main tasks. Hope you enjoy it!
In The Park
I entirely created this stop-motion short from pre-production through finish. I created all models and miniatures, animation, ect.
